The awards recognise founders, innovators and talent who came to the UK through an innovation or talent route and delivered on their ambition. They are organised by NEXUS, a UK innovation hub and an active consortium partner under UK Endorsing Services (UKES), and endorsed by the Global Entrepreneur Programme, GREAT Britain & Northern Ireland. Ten categories are decided by an independent judging panel, alongside an honorary Pioneer Award.
